Diving, snorkeling and freediving within the stunning Fly Point/Halifax Marine Reserve is usually safest and most enjoyable during the high slack tide. Diving & snorkelling outside this time is not reccomended as the currents can be harzardous.
Please be aware that you need to add an hour to account for daylight savings. We recommend getting in for your dive at the time displayed on this chart (adding only daylight savings if applicable).
Download your tide chart here or you are welcome to come and visit us to pick up a printed tide chart, where you can discuss your dive or snorkeling plan. We also offer a variety of complimentary dive maps in store and are very happy to give advice on where critters are recently being spotted, and an honest assessment of current conditions.
