What another great week for diving! It was great to see everybody’s enthusiasm to get wet. The water is still a lovely 19 degrees. Our new Scubapro stock has been very popular-especially the Seawing Nova fins. These fins received a Red Dot design award last year and have gained multiple awards for their innovative design. If you need to upgrade or update your gear now is the perfect time to do so.
Adam is getting extremely excited about the upcoming trip toFiji. Only 3 days to go!!!! Yippee!!! With the water warming up it would be a great opportunity to learn some new skills. Free Diving is becoming the fastest growing sport world-wide. It gives you the opportunity to be totally unencumbered in the water and allows you to observe marine life one usually doesn’t see in Scuba diving. We will be holding a Free Diving course starting on November the 16th. (The same weekend that Scuba Santa is coming for the Let’s Go Christmas party) see here for further details.
Todd and Ted have both passed their final exam of their Dive Master and we are all extremely happy for them. Next they will be gearing up to become an instructor. Our other Dive Masters in training are working very hard to achieve their goal. We give them all our support and encouragement. If you think you would be interested in becoming a Dive Master or Instructor please come in discuss your options. We also run Emergency First Response, First Aid Work program. This course is nationally accredited course which is workplace approved. It has a very flexible schedule so if you are due to update your skills see here for further details.
