This Week at Let’s Go

August 18th Let’s Go: Dive and Dinner!
This Friday night is our social dive and dinner night. We will be meeting at the shop at 4:30pm for a 5:20pm high tide, after which we will dry off with a lovely dinner and some drinks at the Nelson Bay RSL. If you can’t make the dive, you are still more than welcome to join us for dinner afterwards!
Please call the shop to let us know if you will be joining us for the dive, or dinner (or both!) so we can book a table… We can’t wait and hope to see lots of new and familiar faces there!
TIP OF THE WEEK:
After you reach max depth but before you move off, prepare yourself…
How do you feel? Check your equipment, check your gauges, check your buoyancy, check your buddy. Look around so you can recognize the scene when you return and are trying to find the anchor line

Upcoming Events

Club Day, 26th August, is fast approaching and the water is still a bit too cool for some of us more ..sensitive divers… but that doesn’t mean we should skip out on diving through winter – and we have just the solution for you! We are offering a commitment free drysuit trial and dive for all our club members, all you have to do is call us and book yourself in!

Register your name at the shop if you wish to join us for a drysuit shore dive! A Mares representative will also be available on Saturday 26th to chat to us all about the products, and answer any questions you may have.
This is a great opportunity to try something new, and test out the Mares Drysuit for yourself!
Not a club member? Sign up here to join Nelson Bay’s longest running and most active dive community!
BAREFOOT ISLANDS FIJI 14-21 JULY 2018
Join us on this incredible tropical getaway, as we journey to visit two island resorts in the Beautiful Fiji Yasawa island chain. These waters are a declared marine park, which means they are teeming with marine life and incredible coral growth! These islands are host to a brand new shark feed dive, which is sure to impress; as well as being host to a number of incredible reef dives, and manta ray snorkelling experiences.
This is a trip you do not want to miss out on! For more information, feel free to come by and have a chat to Simon in the shop – he can tell you all about just how incredible this trip really is!
