We have had a wonderful week of diving around the area this week! Fly point is continuing to provide the goods despite the rather cool surface conditions the water has been holding its temp at a very resonable 19 degrees with about 8-10m vis. Jess did a dive out at boat harbour for her open water course and encountered a friendly giant cow tail ray and had again 19 degree water with 10m vis and a big congratulations to Joshua Terry our newest open water diver! We had a group of divers who went to the beautiful Santo, Vanuatu this week and all the reports are saying is how amazing and spectacular the diving and Island was, the lucky group who went on this trip experienced some amazing dives on the SS president Coolidge with about 25m+ visibility with beautiful warm tropical waters, the group also did a few shore dives and we heard that the night dive on the Coolidge wreck was absolutely AMAZING! We are expecting a rather windy few days during the week but the forecast is looking better from friday onwards so we are out on the boats all weekend and also running a friday trip as well see the forecast below for the weekly conditions. Its that time again where we hold our Club Day which gives all our Narki Gnome members to come along enjoy a discounted boat dive or catch up with other members for the high tide and have a sausage sizzle and socialise with the other members.
