Diving, snorkeling and freediving within the stunning Fly Point/Halifax Marine Reserve is usually safest and most enjoyable during the high slack tide. Below is a tide chart which you can download to plan your next trip to Nelson Bay. Please be aware that you need to add an hour to account for daylight savings.
You are welcome to come and visit us to pick up a printed tide chart, or discuss your dive or snorkeling plan. We also offer a variety of complimentary dive maps in store and are very happy to give advice on where critters are recently being spotted, and an honest assessment of current conditions.
