Terms and Conditions

I agree that when booking on courses and experiences with Lets Go Adventures that I will sign the required liability releases prior to commencing the activity I book.

For diving courses I agree that I will complete the dive medical statement and if required complete a full dive medical with a doctor if any of the listed conditions apply to me.

I acknowledge that I am entitled to a full refund if my activity is cancelled by Lets Go Adventures for any reason. If I choose not to show up I know that I will forfeit the full payment I have made.

If I am ill or extenuating circumstances arise preventing me from partaking in my booked activity I will contact Lets Go Adventures as soon as possible to organise a credit to do the activity at a mutually agreeable future date. I acknowlege that I may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the amount of notice I am able to provide.

I agree that if I damage or loose equipment belonging to Lets Go Adventures I will be responsible for payment for repairs or replacement of those items.

I agree to listen to the safety briefings given by the staff of Lets Go Adventures and agree to act in a responsible manner which does not jeopardise the safety of myself or others.
